Melissa Breau has over 14 years experience with marketing specifically for the pet industry, and the last 7 years working with dog businesses specifically.
She is a co-owner of Dog Trainer's Umbrella and owns Click and Repeat, the dog trainer's marketing agency.
She is also the resident marketing geek at Fenzi Dog Sports Academy where she teaches classes on marketing and website building, hosts their weekly podcast, and runs the webinar program.
Beth Ogasian
Co-Owner @ DTU, Owner @ The Dog Trainers Assistant & Mountain Mutt Dog Training
Beth Ogasian has a BS in Animal Sciences and is a CPDT-KA. She is the owner of two businesses: The Dog Trainers Assistant, which offers virtual administrative support to other pet businesses, and Mountain Mutt Dog Training, her in-person dog training business.
Having worked in multiple sectors of the animal industry, including lab animal colony management and animal control with a focus on hoarding and cruelty investigations, she finally found her place in dog training and in helping other dog trainers thrive! She has a special interest in schedule management for living your best life with a good work-life balance, so if you need help finding your balance, she's your person!
Christina Schenk-Hargrove

Christina Schenk-Hargrove is an attorney and an executive in a successful start-up, with expertise in business law, contracts, and corporate finance.
With over 10 years of experience in the dog industry, from competing in dog sports to teaching dog training classes to advising dog training businesses, Christina's passion is helping R+ based dog trainers grow their business.

Michael and Jamie Badial helped found Dog Trainers Umbrella before leaving it in Melissa, Beth, and Christina's capable hands to focus on family and their primary business, Best Paw Forward Dog Training.
Together they run Best Paw Forward in Perkasie, PA. Their journey began in 2012 with struggles mirroring common practices, but facing foreclosure in 2013 ignited a transformation.
Drawing from Michael's extensive kennel management and rescue experience, coupled with Jamie's background in fostering, business, and finance, they turned their business into a six-figure success story by 2016.
Today, they continue to operate their now multi-six figure training business with a team of trainers while aspiring to foster stronger bonds between families and their canine companions.
